Atlas Gold is BD/Bard’s large-diameter PTA balloon (12–26 mm) for iliac, caval and venous dilatation and for post-dilatation of large stents and endografts. Its non-compliant construction holds diameter to a rated burst of 12–18 atm; 0.035″ over-the-wire, 7F–12F sheath depending on size.
