Promus Elite is Boston Scientific’s everolimus-eluting coronary stent on the platinum-chromium platform: 86 µm (0.0034″) struts, a conformal PVDF-HFP fluoropolymer coating releasing 100 µg/cm² everolimus over 120 days, and high radiopacity and radial strength from the PtCr alloy. Indicated for de-novo and in-stent restenotic lesions in native coronary arteries 2.25–4.0 mm, lesion length ≤ 34 mm.
