CASPER RX (Roadsaver) is a dual-layer carotid stent: an outer braided nitinol layer for radial force and an inner nitinol micromesh with one of the smallest pore sizes of any carotid stent, stabilising plaque and reducing embolic debris during and after carotid artery stenting. The 5F-compatible rapid-exchange delivery system suits radial and femoral access, and the stent can be repositioned up to 50 % deployment.
