Terumo Optitorque diagnostic catheters are the reference for transradial angiography: a three-layer shaft (nylon/polyurethane with a 32-strand double stainless-steel braid) gives one-to-one torque and kink resistance, while the soft radiopaque tip is atraumatic in the radial and coronary ostia. Dedicated radial curves (Tiger TIG, Jacky, Sarah) allow both coronaries to be engaged with one catheter; Judkins, Amplatz, pigtail and internal-mammary curves complete the range.
