The Ethicon ECHELON FLEX is an articulating (up to 45°) endoscopic linear cutter for laparoscopic and open transection and resection of tissue, including vessels. The handle accepts ECHELON ENDOPATH reloads of all staple heights and offers one-handed firing with a compression system that holds tissue before stapling. 45 and 60 mm staple lines, 340 or 440 mm shaft.
