The Balt LEO+ is a self-expanding braided nitinol intracranial stent for stent-assisted coiling of wide-neck aneurysms and for intracranial vessel reconstruction. Its closed-cell braid provides good wall apposition and can be partially deployed and resheathed; delivered through a Vasco+ microcatheter. LEO+ Baby covers vessels from 1.5 mm.
