The Medtronic Launcher guiding catheter uses Full-Wall Technology — a thinner nylon wall over a PTFE-lined lumen with stainless-steel braiding — to combine a large inner diameter (0.071″ at 6F) with the backup support and shape retention needed for complex PCI. The soft, atraumatic tip and radiopaque marker band make ostial engagement safe and visible. Available in Judkins (JL/JR), Amplatz (AL/AR/SAL), extra-backup (EBU), multipurpose (MP), SR, 3D and radial-specific curves.
