Onyx TruCor is built on Medtronic’s Onyx platform: a single continuous sinusoid of cobalt-alloy wire with a platinum-iridium core (CoreWire technology) for radiopacity at thin strut thickness, coated with the BioLinx durable polymer eluting ~1.6 µg/mm² zotarolimus over about 180 days. The Onyx platform carries the one-month DAPT indication for high-bleeding-risk patients (Onyx ONE) and spans 2.0–5.0 mm.
