The Penumbra Neuron MAX 088 is a 6F, 0.088″ inner-diameter long sheath that provides a stable platform in the distal cervical internal carotid for stroke thrombectomy and aneurysm treatment, accommodating large-bore aspiration catheters such as RED 68/72 and ACE68. Its progressive transition zone and hydrophilic coating allow distal placement without kinking. 80, 90 and 100 cm, straight or multipurpose tip, with 6F or 8F sheath access.
