The Shockwave C2+ coronary IVL catheter delivers intravascular lithotripsy: integrated emitters inside a semi-compliant balloon create sonic pressure waves that fracture intimal and medial calcium at low balloon pressure, enabling full stent expansion in severely calcified coronary lesions without the complications of atherectomy. C2+ provides 120 pulses per catheter (vs 80 on the original C2).

Reference C2IVL4012: 4 mm × 12 mm, 138 cm working length, 0.014″ guidewire, 5F guide compatible, used with the Shockwave IVL generator and connector cable.
