The Teleflex MANTA is a collagen-based large-bore vascular closure device for femoral arteriotomies after TAVI, EVAR, Impella and ECMO: a resorbable toggle is placed inside the artery, a collagen pad outside, locked with a stainless-steel lock. The 14F device closes 10–14F punctures and the 18F device 15–22F (up to 25F OD). Haemostasis is typically achieved in under a minute.
